Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (but based in Macedonia)

Position overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who is not only a strong visual creator but also a confident creative thinker. You will independently lead design projects from concept to execution, contribute to creative strategy, and transform marketing objectives into compelling visuals for social media, web, print, and video.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small, fast-paced team and enjoys working across a variety of project types, like brand identities, campaign assets, social media content, and client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

Lead creative development for client projects (brand identities, campaigns, digital visuals)
Conceptualising and executing high-level creative work across platforms (social media, landing pages, ads, presentations)
Managing design workflows and prioritising deadlines
Collaborate closely with the marketing director on concept development
Maintain and improve visual standards for our internal brand
Communicate directly with clients when needed
Explore and implement new creative trends, including AI design workflows
Guide junior designers
Keeping design documentation and templates organised

Skills and requirements

5+ years of experience in graphic design, showcasing a strong portfolio across print, digital, and campaign work
Strong eye for design, skilled in layout, typography, and creative problem-solving
Advanced skills in Adobe Suite
Ability to manage multiple briefs and prioritise effectively
Strong expertise in brand identity design
Excellent ability to create cohesive visual systems
Experience designing for marketing performance creatives (ads, socials, campaigns)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects smoothly
Confidence in reviewing junior designers’ work or providing feedback
Comfortable presenting work to internal stakeholders or clients
Understanding of production, file prep, and output formats

Recommended to have

Motion graphic skills for short and simple social animations
Experience with AI design tools
UI/UX understanding
