Position Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Video and Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging videos, and capture dynamic content for our clients’ social media channels. This role requires both creativity and technical skills — you will propose ideas, film content, and edit videos optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You should be comfortable producing short-form video content, working remotely with clients, and bringing creative campaigns to life. Candidates must submit examples of their previous video and content work as part of the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose creative content and video ideas based on each client’s brand and audience;
- Film and capture short-form video content (on-site or remotely, depending on the project);
- Edit videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn posts, etc.);
- Create visually engaging and brand-consistent content pieces for social media;
- Collaborate with our internal team to align on brand messaging and creative direction;
- Stay updated on social media trends, video editing techniques, and platform best practices;
- Manage deadlines and deliver content on time for scheduled campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video creation, filming, and editing for social media;
- Strong portfolio or examples of past work (must be submitted with the application);
- Ability to independently manage creative projects from idea to final edit;
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platform specifications and content styles;
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills;
- Basic graphic design skills;
- Ability to work remotely and manage part-time, project-based assignments;
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
