We had the pleasure of working with Rock Kafana Rustikana, a family-owned restaurant in Skopje, North Macedonia, to design and implement a highly successful Oktoberfest campaign for October 2024. Challenges: Turning an Event into a Lead-Generation Opportunity
The main challenge Rock Kafana Rustikana faced was finding a way to leverage the Oktoberfest event to not only attract a large number of visitors but also generate valuable customer leads. This page featured engaging content and a contact form to capture customer details, with the incentive of a free beer as a special offer for those who signed up.
To maximize the campaign’s reach, we crafted compelling social media assets and email marketing materials that were tailored to each platform. These assets were designed to build excitement for the event while also encouraging visitors to share their personal information to access the special offer.
We helped Rustikana build a user-friendly landing page and integrated contact forms to automate the lead capture process by providing guidance on the process flow and content. This streamlined data collection and ensured that potential leads could be nurtured through future communication.
More than 2,000+ leads were collected within just one month, exceeding Rock Kafana Rustikana’s lead generation goals.
Despite being a small business, Rock Kafana Rustikana boasts an impressive Instagram following of nearly 10,000. Through this campaign, their social media following grew by an additional 5%, gaining over 500 new followers in just a short period.
The campaign’s success was also reflected in an increase in customer’s satisfaction, with a 23% rise in positive feedback from customers based on post-event surveys.
Rock Kafana Rustikana experienced a 30% increase in the number of visitors to the restaurant during the Oktoberfest event, indicating that the campaign successfully attracted a larger crowd.
Most notably, Rock Kafana Rustikana saw a 22% increase in revenue during Oktoberfest, a direct result of the campaign’s success in drawing in both new and returning customers.
